Event: Annual Spring Park Cleanup
Spring is here! The snow is melting and our park needs some TLC as sunnier weeks approach (no one likes to lie back in the sun during an idyllic picnic to find their head resting on a rusty Coke can!).
Come out, stretch your legs, get some exercise, and meet your neighbours! Bring old or rubber gloves, shoes that can get a bit muddy, garbage grabbers, and a couple of garbage bags, if you have them handy. We’ll have some extras available if they’re needed.
Event: Spring / Easter Craft, Bake Sale, and Tea Room (with Kids’ Easter Egg Hunt!)
Join us for this year’s Spring/Easter Craft, Bake Sale, and Tea Room (with Kids’ Easter Egg Hunt!): Saturday, April 1st, 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Note, the kids’ Easter Egg Hunt begins outside the community centre at 11:00 a.m.!
Event: Earth Hour Potluck Dessert
Join us for the 2023 Earth Hour Potluck Dessert: March 25, 8:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
Bring a flashlight or battery-powered lamp (no candles/flames, folks!) and of course your favourite dessert to share. Play board games, have a mug of cocoa, chat with a neighbour as we enjoy an evening of “lights out”.
Spring Garden Talk with Sheridan Nurseries
Join us on March 6th, 7-9pm, for this year’s Spring Garden Talk with Sheridan Nurseries. Come with questions and queries for Dorothy, our Sheridan Nurseries expert in all things gardening.

Annual Police Auxiliary Toy Drive
This year’s Annual Police Auxiliary Toy Drive is ongoing for another few days. Donations of unwrapped and brand new toys are welcome until December 16th, 12:00pm! See the flyer below for details about items needed and drop-off locations.
