2024 Christmas Craft & Bake Sale and Tearoom

Join us at the community centre on Saturday, December 7th for some festive fun!

Please support your local community by bringing some cash and doing some early Christmas shopping for those you love!

Come and stock up on bread, muffins, cookies, brookies, and cake. We’ll have hot chocolate to warm you up and get you into the festive spirit.

Bake sale proceeds will go to the Curran Hall Community Association to help fund our newsletter and event costs for the coming year.

All vendor table proceeds go to the talented crafters and business owners running them.

Event: 2024 Community Park Clean-Up

Spring is here again and Botany Hill Park will soon be unfurling its leaves! Before it does, let’s get together and cleanse it and the surrounding area of food wrappers, pop cans, plastic bags, and anything else that doesn’t belong.

Come out, stretch your legs, get some exercise, and meet your neighbours! Bring old or rubber gloves, shoes that can get a bit muddy, garbage grabbers, and a couple of garbage bags, if you have them handy. We’ll have some extras available if they’re needed.

Event: Spring / Easter Bake Sale, and Tea Room (with Kids’ Easter Egg Hunt!) … Plus Earth Hour Dessert Potluck!

Join us for this year’s Spring/Easter Craft, Bake Sale, and Tea Room (with Kids’ Easter Egg Hunt!): Saturday, March 23rd, 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Note, the kids’ Easter Egg Hunt begins outside the community centre at 11:00 a.m.!

These two events are followed closely by our Earth Hour Dessert Potluck. Bring flashlights, cards, or board games and, most importantly, your favourite desserts.
